Who is behind HR Software Consulting?
My name is Max M. Meinhardt and I have dealt with HR Software Consulting since 2011. Over this time I have gained my professional experience in various HR Information Systems related roles, such as:
- Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant.
- Project Manager.
- Product Manager.
- Sales and pre-Sales Consultant in the field of HR Software.
I’ve been in charge of more than 50 successful HR Software projects, being responsible for both software selection and implementation. My customers include companies like Axpo Holding, ETH Zurich and Tamedia. As a result I have gained experience working with Swiss and international companies, as well as private and public institutions.
The world of HR Software is very familiar to me and I want to share this knowledge with you. My aim is that you as HR decision maker can best translate your HR objectives and processes into business requirements and select the right HR Software that will support them. From my experience I know that this is often not the case. I have frequently come across HR departments, which selected and implemented the wrong HR Software, and had to carry consequences of this decision (sunk costs, ineffective internal processes) for the next 5-8 years, waiting for the contract to expire.
